Maintain all master agreements templates and update as needed to ensure robustness Draft appropriate contracts and amendments for new and existing clients utilizing standard templates Track maintain and report status of contracts including renewals and those in negotiation Scrutinize critically review and interpret contract provisions and terms ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards Review potential suggested contract changes with Contracts Manager and effectively communicate them to legal finance and other impacted managers on a timely basis Recognize unique contract requirements characteristics and issues as they arise and proactively keep head of Contract Administration and appropriate managers team informed Evaluate claims received from contractors or consultants in a timely manner so as to mitigate claims and disputes Follow contract administration practices and office procedures and formulate appropriate improvements
