Job Summary The Senior Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing electrical projects ensuring compliance with codes and standards and optimizing electrical systems performance They lead project teams provide technical expertise and manage project timelines and budgets to deliver highquality electrical installations and contribute to the success of operations Job Responsibilities 1 Lead the planning and execution of electrical projects within operations defining project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals Provide technical expertise and guidance in electrical system design ensuring compliance with industry standards codes and regulations and optimizing system performance and efficiency Develop project budgets monitor expenditures and ensure costeffective procurement of materials and resources while maintaining project profitability Lead and mentor project teams including electrical engineers designers and technicians fostering collaboration accountability and professional growth Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries providing progress updates and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy reliability and safety of electrical installations conducting inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle Develop project schedules monitor progress and proactively identify and address schedule risks and delays to ensure timely project completion and delivery Administer project contracts including subcontractor agreements change orders and procurement contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements Identify potential project risks assess their impact and probability and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions cost overruns and safety hazards Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans progress reports and asbuilt drawings and provide regular updates to stakeholders management and regulatory authorities
