Responsibilities

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices / standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation in a functional role.
  • Collaborate with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of current processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Teamcenter implementation.
  • Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend solutions leveraging Teamcenter’s capabilities.
  • Configure Teamcenter to align with the organization’s product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
  • Customize workflows, roles, and permissions within Teamcenter to meet functional requirements.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD tools).
  • Ensure smooth data migration, mapping, and validation throughout the implementation process.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides.
  • Create functional specifications for custom developments and system enhancements.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the implementation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and deploying Teamcenter solutions within a PLM environment.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Designer, and Access Control.
  • Basic understanding of PLM integrations with ERP systems and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools relevant to PLM systems.
