Country : QatarDescription : Description : Inventory Coordinator who is detailed-oriented, exceptionally organized, and able to manage huge inventory and complex systems. Job Responsibilities :
- Receives materials – signs off, unpacks, records and dispatches when appropriate.
- Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications and are in good condition.
- Researches any delivery delays / inconsistencies of materials ordered against Purchase Order (PO).
- Reports damaged goods to Purchase department for further action.
- Accurately Record received materials in inventory system.
- Sort, count and store delivered goods in appropriate location.
- Picks / packs outgoing goods per written / verbal requests either from stock or orders received.
- Record shipped / issued materials in inventory system.
- Involved in special projects, as needed.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment required. Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4 years’ previous experience in purchasing, supply or logistics required.
