We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quran Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Quranic teachings, strong communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for students of all ages.

Responsibilities :

Quranic Instruction :

Provide comprehensive and accurate Quranic instruction to students.

Teach proper pronunciation (Tajweed) and recitation techniques.

Explain the meanings and interpretations of Quranic verses, fostering a profound understanding.

Lesson Planning :

Develop well-structured lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and levels of students.

Create engaging activities and learning materials to enhance the learning experience.

Individualized Support :

Assess the learning needs of each student and provide individualized support accordingly.

Offer additional assistance to students who may require extra help in understanding specific concepts.

Encourage Critical Thinking :

Foster critical thinking skills by encouraging students to reflect on and discuss the teachings of the Quran.

Create an open and respectful environment for questions and discussions.

Cultural Sensitivity :

Promote cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse perspectives within the context of Quranic teachings.

Progress Monitoring :

Regularly assess student progress through evaluations and feedback.

Communicate with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's performance and areas for improvement.

Professional Development :

Stay updated on educational trends and advancements in Quranic studies.

Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Classroom Management :

Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Manage class time effectively to cover planned material.

Requirements :

In-depth knowledge of the Quran and proficiency in Tajweed rules.

Previous experience as a Quran Tutor or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and backgrounds.
