A large-scale energy programme is seeking a skilled Lead Interface Engineer to drive interface coordination across a major onshore and offshore development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for interface activities between multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Establish and implement interface management procedures, registers, and protocols.
- Act as a central point of contact between internal and external project teams, third-party contractors, and authorities.
- Ensure alignment and integration of deliverables across onshore and offshore engineering scopes.
- Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and manage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) safely and effectively.
- Track interface milestones and ensure smooth handover processes across different contractors.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and maintain compliance.
- Coordinate technical reviews and interface meetings; report status updates to senior management.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels and disciplines, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain high-quality documentation on interface activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years' experience in large-scale oil & gas interface management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight capacity.Proven success in coordinating multiple stakeholders across large EPC projects.Knowledge of SIMOPS, brownfield integration, shutdown coordination, and permitting requirements.Experience handling interfaces with governmental authorities and joint venture partners.Familiar with interface management planning, tracking tools, and standard engineering workflows.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across cross-cultural teams.Fluent in English; both written and verbal.High computer literacy and comfortable with professional office and project interface management tools.
