Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Aftermarket team within ENIM. This role provides technical expertise and support throughout the HVAC aftermarket sales cycle, acting as a vital link between the sales team and customers. The Sales Engineer will leverage in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and aftermarket products to identify solutions, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC aftermarket products and services.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and propose solutions for maximizing efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) for technical feasibility and project delivery.
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of ENIM’s HVAC aftermarket offerings.
• Participate in sales meetings and calls, providing technical insights and answering customer queries.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide product training to internal sales teams and external customers.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the HVAC aftermarket, contributing to new sales strategies.
