Job Description

This position is responsible for leading and delivering group fitness classes, providing personalized training sessions, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective exercise environment for all participants. The Wellness Instructor guides individuals or groups in achieving their health and wellness goals through a variety of fitness, nutrition, and mental well‑being practices.

• Develop and conduct wellness programs, including fitness classes, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Lead and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training, stretching, yoga, functional training, zumba, etc.
• Provide advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and stress management to improve guests’ overall well‑being.
• Establish schedules and methods for providing wellness services; identify resource needs.
• Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate programs related to the area of assignment.
• Prepare periodic reports; maintain files and records.
• Ensure all fitness areas and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
• Prepare purchase requisitions; order supplies and materials.
• Respond to complaints and requests for information.
