Optometrist - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional optometry services to patients and their families.

The position includes the following responsibilities :

Examine patients’ eyes to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other corrective devices
Monitor patients’ progress through follow-up visits and adjust prescriptions as needed
Educate patients about their vision care needs
Evaluate the effects of drugs on the eyes
Refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary
Keep accurate records of patient information

Requirements :

3+ years of experience as an Optometrist

Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population of clients

Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems

Salary : 1100 QAR per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
