Luxury Jobs is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in luxury industries around the world. Our client, a luxurious spa located in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join their team.

Position Overview

As the Spa Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa's operations, including managing a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality service standards, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to lead a team in a luxurious and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of spa therapists ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the spa.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in Qatar.

    • Contract Details

    This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Spa Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
