Senior Project Engineer (Marine), Doha

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a background in marine engineering works to be based in their Doha office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the review, coordination, and integration of marine engineering deliverables (jetties, quay walls, revetments, breakwaters, dredging, marine pipelines)
• Reviewing and accepting technical specifications for all marine systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international standards
• Participating in the review and technical evaluation of bids for marine works and equipment, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Acting as the focal point for marine engineering interfaces with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and product handling systems
• Participating in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and 3D model reviews for the marine scope, ensuring all technical and safety risks are identified and mitigated
• Evaluating the technical impacts of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting root cause analysis and corrective action planning
