HR Administration Assistant Job Location Qatar Job Details Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or any related discipline Prior experience in HR and Administration is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities and Requirements Assist with daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding and maintaining employee records Support administrative tasks such as filing scheduling meetings and preparing reports Coordinate office management activities and supplies Help manage timekeeping and attendance records Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed
