الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field. At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX design. Proficient in wireframing / prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Fluent in English. Experience designing for African audiences or knowledge of African culture. Familiarity with Arabic language or culture.

UX Designer for African Women in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UX Designer for African Women, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience. This role requires a strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, specifically African women.
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Develop user personas and use them to inform design decisions.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive for users with varying abilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
