Labor

• Managing the catering crew in an optimum manner to ensure safe and efficient delivery of high quality service.
• Responsible for ensuring the competency level of entire catering crew fulfils the requirements of COMPANY.
• Coordinating and planning the schedules of all personnel
• Coordinating timely delivery of all food and supplies
• Ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
• Supervising personnel as necessary
• Promoting HSE matters, leading weekly safety meetings and SITE safety inductions
• Plan, conduct and document Accommodation and Galley inspections
• Coordinating with CONTRACTORs Onshore Operations Manager
• Coordinating with SITE management
• Manage the Kiosk shop
