Product Owner

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team. Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Monitor product performance, analyze feedback, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. 3-6 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within a technology-driven environment. Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from concept to launch. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed stakeholders. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
