IT Project Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and manage project milestones effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
- Identify project dependencies and manage potential risks and constraints.
2. Execution & Monitoring
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of tasks and responsibilities.Track project performance against objectives, milestones, and deliverables.Implement change management processes to accommodate shifting requirements.3. Risk Management
Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related risks and issues.Develop contingency plans and communicate risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the project team.Prepare and present status reports, progress updates, and project dashboards.Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items.Communicate effectively in Arabic with regional / local stakeholders to ensure clarity of project requirements.5. Resource Coordination
Allocate internal and external resources effectively to optimize productivity.Manage third-party vendors or contractors, ensuring adherence to project standards and deadlines.Review and approve project-related expenses while managing within budget constraints.6. Quality Assurance
Define and monitor quality metrics throughout project lifecycles.Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.7. Process Improvement
Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Advocate for continuous improvement to optimize project processes and workflows.Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance team effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Experience :
5+ years of experience managing medium to large IT projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).Language :
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (written & spoken).Certifications (Preferred but not required) :
