Assist the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience; clear and reset tables according to standards. Be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to guests. Assist the Food Server to ensure a dining experience meets Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Clear and reset tables neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification. Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays. What You Bring

General food knowledge; good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards, including side work, polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers, and clearing crumbs from tables. Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management. What We Offer
