JOB ROLE Assistant Manager Waste Management Duties and Responsibilities Ensures proper functioning of the department Establish and practice procedures of the waste management business Introducing a new process for Waste Management new business clients and volumes to existing operations Ensure adherence to the process procedures implementation practice on all levels Assist in managing all Waste Management operations Ensure summary reports to clients management Monitor evaluate and necessary corrective operations performance Communicates regular operations related matters to superiors on regular basis Manages the operations efficiently and utilizes the available resources in an efficient manner cut down the time consumption by verifying the time taken to conduct the operations optimize the assets and man hours on regular basis Site visits for tenders bids huge level and midhuge level new operations Budgets for the departmental functioning operations cost etc and controls to deliver the projects within stipulated budgets Preliminary investigation verification of incident accident and report to HR and other departments Communicates to clients in case of operations affecting the sites and customers business Always ensures fleet in good working condition communicates between departments to get repairs done with no delays such as procurement management finance fleet and vendors Ensures necessary training imparted to the crew within the department refreshers training and uptodate documentation Controls and effectively utilize resources such as fleet manpower and inventories optimize the operations Regularly conduct a market survey on our services by obtaining customer satisfaction feedback and compiling the report on a regular basis Desired Skills Experience Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor s degree in science or higher With relevant trainings and certification in HSE Waste Management Management System ISO 14001 Quality Management System ISO 9001 Minimum 7 years experience in implementing monitoring and improving Waste Management System SALARY Competitive salary will be offered EMPLOYMENT TERM Fulltime
