PMO Analyst / Specialist (Consultant & Senior Consultant)

Overview We are seeking

senior PMO professionals

at the

Consultant and Senior Consultant

levels to provide

strategic project management leadership, portfolio governance, and enterprise advisory . These roles ensure

successful delivery of complex projects, alignment with business strategy, and optimization of project management practices across the organization .

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on enterprise project portfolio management and PMO governance.

Oversee large-scale or multi-program projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Advise executive leadership on project risks, resource allocation, and portfolio prioritization.

Promote adoption of advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Represent the PMO in executive leadership forums and external engagements.

Additional for Senior Consultant

Define and implement long-term PMO strategy and roadmap for the organization.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for project management practices.

Mentor and develop expert PMO teams across the organization.

Influence organizational decision-making on project investments, governance, and risk.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery and portfolio management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education :

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Consultant :

17–19 years of experience in PMO leadership, strategic project management, or portfolio governance.

Senior Consultant :

20+ years of experience in executive-level PMO strategy, governance, and enterprise project leadership.

Skills & Competencies

Expert knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) and portfolio governance.

Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide projects and multi-program portfolios.

Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinking, decision-making, and ability to drive PMO transformation initiatives.

Ability to influence enterprise-level project management practices and organizational strategy.

Preferred Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced project management certifications.
