Donor Behavior Analysis Specialist Job Objective To analyze donor data and behavior within the charitable organization in order to understand their patterns and motivations, and to propose practical strategies to enhance donor loyalty and encourage them to upgrade to major donor status. This contributes to donor satisfaction, ensures their continued support, and promotes sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize donor data from various sources. Analyze donation trends and patterns based on value, frequency, timing, project
type, and more. Segment donors into categories based on specific criteria to enable effective
targeting. Design and analyze surveys to understand donation motivations and emotional,
religious, or social needs. Link donation behavior to occasions, seasons, and special projects. Provide targeted recommendations to relationship and communication teams to
develop customized campaigns based on donor types. Identify high-potential donors for upgrading to major donor status and propose
care plans for them. Prepare periodic analytical reports on donor performance, behavior, and the
effectiveness of targeting campaigns. Requirements
Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work. Strong organizational and daily planning skills. Proficiency in computer use and applications. Fluency in Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a
related field. Professional certifications such as CRM, Data Analytics, or Fundraising
Management are preferred. Experience in data analysis or customer relationship management, preferably in
the nonprofit sector. Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, Power
BI, or Google Data Studio. Knowledge of donor relationship management tools and CRM systems. Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources (donation systems,
databases, digital reports).
