Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking two Executive Assistants to provide executive support to their C-Level executives, based in their head office in Doha, Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to all department heads across the company
- Coordinating and managing executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for various departments
- Facilitating internal and external communications between departments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking minutes
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Supporting project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
PROFILE
Degree qualification in Business Administration, or relevant subjectAt least 8-10 years’ experience supporting C-level executivesIdeally have 5 years of experience working for a large multinational companyProficient in MS Office toolsPrevious experience of working in Qatar or other Gulf countries would be preferredExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicVery strong interpersonal skills, highly organised, with a consistently professional appearance and conduct are essential
