Responsible for performing the monthly payroll run, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary payments.
Provide payroll reports to the Finance department to support financial processes and reconciliation.
Oversee maintenance of employee records and attendance records (up to Manager Level) to support payroll processing.
Handle employee payroll queries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate preparation of various employee-related payments (e.g. leaves, loans, grants, retirement benefits) ensuring correct payroll transactions.
Ensure compliance with HR and Finance policies related to payroll processing and documentation.
Support Oracle HRMS payroll modules, coordinate with consultants for upgrades and troubleshooting.
Contribute to budget preparation and financial monitoring related to payroll costs, identifying variances and ensuring alignment with manpower budgets.
Maintain data confidentiality and ensure all payroll activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team for payroll data reconciliation and reporting.
