The Engineering Coordinator supports the engineering team by coordinating project activities managing documentation ensuring communication between departments and assisting in the smooth execution of engineering projects This role requires strong organizational skills technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities Assist in planning scheduling and coordinating engineering projects Maintain accurate records of project documentation drawings and reports Liaise between engineers contractors suppliers and other stakeholders Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for projects Support in reviewing technical drawings and specifications Facilitate communication and information flow within the engineering team Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations Prepare reports and presentations for management review Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project issues Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Civil Electrical Engineering or related field Proven experience in engineering coordination or project support Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and engineering management software Knowledge of technical drawings specifications and standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
