As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise / consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment.

Job Focus : Incident resolution, application maintenance, and providing tangible, measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Use troubleshooting skills to investigate front‑end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
  • Bring Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities to clients.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project / investigation.

Basic Requirements

  • Experience working with FSI solutions, OpenLink, and integrated solution modules – at least 6+ years.
  • Experience in Operations Job, Purges and basic CCL.
  • Implementation / Support work experience – at least 3+ years.
  • Health care information technology work – at least 3+ years.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multiple solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
  • Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
  • Expectations

  • Willing to work 100% from the client site (Doha, Qatar).
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client‑specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
