Job Title : Certified HSE Officer

Experience : 2 to 6 Years

Location : Qatar

Job Type : 6 Months Contractual Role

Job Summary :

ASB Trading and Contracting is seeking a Certified HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies at all times.

Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.

Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and method statements.

Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions to site teams.

Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.

Monitor use of PPE, machinery, and tools for safety compliance.

Maintain proper documentation of safety records, permits, and reports.

Support in emergency response planning and drills.

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills :

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

Minimum [2–5] years of experience in construction or industrial safety.

Certification in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site safety practices.

Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
