Legal Expert - TAX Implementation

Job Description :

o Help design and implement tax policies and strategies from Legal perspective.

o Specialized in handling the legal aspects of tax regulations.

o Exposed to different international and regional Tax Legislations especially in the Gulf (Qatar is a plus).

o Aligned with the latest tax updates globally and regionally and capable to answer questions of taxpayers.

o Strong skills in research foreign different tax laws, analysis, benchmark and writing relevant tax laws and regulations.

o Excellent presentation and communication skills.

o Masters’ degree in Law (PHD is a plus) with a minimum Legal Tax experience of 12 years within a Governmental Tax Authority.

o Preferred to be bilingual (Arabic / English).
