Job Description

Job Title : HSE Trainer

Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety, Electrical, Mechanical,

Chemical, Electronics, Environmental, Industrial, Instrumentation, Production

Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety

  • Experience :
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment field as HSE Trainer / Instructor in utilities / construction sector.
  • Proficient in conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and requirements within the organization.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive HSE training programs tailored to organizational needs
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Experience in delivering certification courses (IOSH & NEBOSH etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic to effectively convey HSE principles and practices to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with various training tools and software used for creating and delivering training materials.
  • Computer literate and presentation skill
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of power point presentations

    • Certification Requirements

    Should be either CMIOSH (Chartered Member) or GradIOSH (Graduate Member)

    NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Environmental, Safety & Health Trainer (CET) by Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
