Job Description
ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced HC Analyst to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a key member of our consulting division, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing human capital strategies to enhance organizational performance. This full-time, permanent position requires a proactive professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving business success.
Conduct thorough analysis of human capital data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve workforce planning, productivity, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overarching business goals and performance metrics.Prepare detailed HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR strategies and programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in human capital management and workforce analytics.Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding across budgeted, non-budgeted, and non-worker categories, ensuring accuracy in data cleansing, strict document control, effective user training, and the creation and maintenance of system guides to support compliance and operational excellence.Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented HR strategies.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human capital management.Required Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis and human capital management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or related field.Proven experience at least 2 - 5 Years in a similar role within the consulting industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Apply now
