Read blueprints and drawings to fully grasp requirements Cut, shape and smooth metal pieces using welding techniques Inspect completed work to ensure high quality standards Prepare materials for welding by grinding, cutting or fitting them together Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly fashion Observe the principles of health and safety protocols at all times Benefits
