Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive for our Ready-Mix Concrete division in Qatar. The candidate must have proven sales experience in construction materials, strong client relationships, and the ability to achieve targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years sales experience in ready-mix / construction materials in Qatar.
  • Strong network in the construction / contracting sector.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
  • Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of ready-mix and building materials.
  • Strong client relationship management.
  • Market research & business development skills.
  • Good planning, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, email).
