Overview of the role :
As a Product Manager for Commercial Vehicles in Qatar, you will serve as the primary link between the business and fleet clients. This role focuses on managing product requirements, supporting commercial vehicle projects and tenders, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and efficient solutions
What you will do
- Conduct regular meetings with fleet clients to support project needs and address product feedback.
- Respond to technical requests, letters, and emails promptly and effectively.
- Act as the central point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and technical teams to meet project timelines and customer expectations.
- Identify operational improvements that enhance profitability and product performance.
- Address vehicle specification requests efficiently, especially during tenders, to avoid delays or penalties.
- Maintain strong availability and communication standards to respond to client needs at all times.
- Continuously assess and enhance customer satisfaction through active follow-up and engagement
Required skills to be successful
Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.Experience supporting tenders or large-scale commercial vehicle projects in Qatar or the GCC.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer issues.Confidence in working with cross-functional teams under time pressure.Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving or revenue-enhancing strategies.Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.Flexibility and commitment to support clients beyond regular hours when necessaryAbout the team :
You will join the Commercial Vehicles team. The team works closely across departments such as finance, supply chain, and technical services to deliver value-driven solutions and maintain product excellence in the Qatari market
What equips you for the role
