Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all guests, members of the hotel health club, and recreation facilities.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception area and manage bookings.
  • Promote membership and deliver outstanding guest service in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to multitask.
