Sales Executive (specifically for Relocations)
Profile Summary :
Responsible for marketing and sales of the external and internal relocation services in the logistics department
Arrange an onsite survey, joining with the survey team to sell more value-added services to customers and to get customers confident in the service offered
Submit quotes to customers and follow up to the conclusion of business
Providing relocation service offers, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions
Coordinate with the operation team for the timely execution of jobs and the completion of all documentation formalities
Liaise with overseas agents for the delivery of shipments based on the shipping terms
After Sales follow up and service satisfaction survey with the customer to have more referrals as well as recommendations for more business opportunities
Assisting with problem-solving initiatives by acting as the first point of contact with clients for any escalations
Experience :
Minimum 2 Years
Skillset Required : Marketing, Logistics, Scala, Problem Solving, Documentation, Shipping
