Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality, photo-realistic visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in transforming 2D architectural drawings into compelling 3D visuals and walkthroughs. This role demands strong artistic sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

Create high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations based on architectural drawings and design briefs.

Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into visuals.

Use appropriate lighting, materials, textures, and camera angles to achieve realistic output.

Optimize 3D models and render files for faster output and efficient performance.

Maintain and update a digital library of models, textures, and other assets.

Ensure all visualizations meet project timelines and client expectations.

Assist in developing presentations for clients and marketing purposes.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.

Skills Required :

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as :

3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit

V-Ray / Lumion / Corona Renderer

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.

Ability to create photorealistic visualizations.

Knowledge of post-production techniques in Photoshop.

Good eye for composition, color, and detail.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design briefs.

Excellent time management and communication skills.
