Civil Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and oversee civil construction work offshore, including concrete works, structural installations, scaffolding, and marine civil structures.

Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with engineering, QA / QC, safety, and subcontractor teams for smooth execution of work.

Ensure all civil works are executed in accordance with offshore safety protocols and permit systems.

Review and verify construction progress and productivity against schedules and targets.

Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with civil crew and subcontractors.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Should have a minimum 3 years of experience in offshore
• Should have a degree or diploma
• Must hold a valid e-PTW
• Should be locally available
