Project Manager (Power BI Developer)

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Power BI Developer

to join our Digital Factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and publishing interactive dashboards and reports using

Power BI Cloud . This role requires strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources including

Azure DevOps (ADO) ,

Adobe Analytics ,

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ,

Data Lakes , and

Data Warehouses

to generate comprehensive and actionable dashboards for key stakeholders including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build end-to-end Power BI dashboards.

Connect and integrate data from various sources (ADO, Adobe, GCP, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, etc.).

Develop data models and perform data transformations using Power Query and DAX.

Publish and maintain dashboards on Power BI Cloud with the right access control.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and KPIs.

Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual clarity in all reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity and report performance.

Work with structured and unstructured data from both Data Lakes and Data Warehouses to support reporting needs.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

Proven experience with

Power BI (Cloud)

– dashboard creation, data modeling, and publishing.

Proficiency in

DAX ,

Power Query , and

Power BI Service .

Strong

data analysis

and

data visualization

skills.

Solid experience writing and optimizing

SQL queries

for data extraction and transformation.

Experience connecting to and working with data from

Azure DevOps ,

Adobe Analytics ,

Google Cloud Platform ,

Data Lakes , and

Data Warehouses .

Solid understanding of

ETL processes ,

data integration , and

data architecture .

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experienced in

Project Management methodologies .

Demonstrates ability to

influence and manage stakeholders , effectively guiding teams and fostering strong relationships across key stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.

Ability to identify risks and guide teams to help put in place suitable mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of

CI / CD pipelines

for BI deployments, or other data‑related tools is a plus.

Any Project management related certifications (for example PMP, ACP, PgMP, Scrum Certified etc) is a plus.
