Overview
Lead Crisis Management asset-based supports in the implementation of the Company’s overall crisis management objectives and program including providing advisory support to relevant stakeholders to address threats, hazards, planned events, and other emergencies. Manage the coordination and adaptation of crisis management strategies in line with emerging regulations and changing requirements, overseeing continued readiness of all crisis management-based response infrastructure to ensure the resilience of Company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, disaster management, engineering, business administration, or safety & risk management.
- Incident Command System Level .
- Incident Command System Train-The-Trainer (TOT) Instructional Certification for ICS 100 & 200.
- Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) Major Emergency Management Initial Response Training (MEMIR).
Knowledge and Experience
Min 8 to 12 years of experience in the field of Emergency Response / Crisis Management, with at least 3 years coming from supervisory experience within large oil and gas organizations.Demonstrated experience in tactical and strategic leadership roles within varying types of crisis incidents.Wide-ranging knowledge of crisis / incident command management and control systems, including orgSeniority level
