We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor fluent in Arabic to oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise train and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service Operational Oversight Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures staff scheduling and inventory control Customer Service Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Quality Control Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and cleanliness to maintain high standards Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations company policies and industry standards Reporting Maintain accurate records of transactions staff performance and inventory levels Requirements Language Skills Fluency in Arabic and English both written and spoken Experience Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry Education Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred Skills Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Availability Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID
