Technology Specialist

Job Description

1. Maintenance and Monitoring of computer networks and system loggings the queries of customers and employees

2. Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.

3. Diagnosing and solving hardware or faults.

4. Testing and evaluating new technology.

5. Performing electrical safety checks not he company's computer equipment.

6. Responding to callouts in a timely fashion.

7. Following instructions either written or in diagram form in order to set up a system or fix a fault.

8. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

9. set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

10. Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.

11. Day to day monitoring of EVMC systems HVMS, LIMS, PACS.

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate (High school) / post graduate degree holder.

2. 2-5 years of relevant full time work experience in a similar role.IT support is required, hospital environment is desired.

3. Technical or content knowledge - up to date with networking, security, etc

4. Computer skills should be familiar with IT platforms and systems. Healthcare systems experience is desired.

5. Logical thinker, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. An in depth understanding of the software and medical equipment EVMC employees are using.

7.Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
