Process Safety and Risk Engineer – Expatriate Role (Qatar / Dubai / Bahrain)

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join a specialist team working across the global energy and power sector. This expatriate opportunity, based in either Qatar, Dubai, or Bahrain, involves conducting technical surveys of major assets, providing risk improvement recommendations, and producing technical underwriting reports to support insurance placement. Key Responsibilities

• Survey energy and power industry assets worldwide and prepare detailed underwriting reports
• Recommend process safety improvements and best practices to strengthen risk management
• Work closely with client executives, brokers, and claims teams to provide technical input for insurance placement and proposals
• Contribute to technical papers and thought-leadership publications on process safety management
