Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, operations, or transformation leadership roles. Strong knowledge of business performance frameworks, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and change management. Experience in large-scale organizational change within the defense, government, or technology sectors is a plus. Ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide transformation strategies that enhance organizational agility and performance. - Drive strategic initiatives that align with long-term growth objectives, operational excellence, and stakeholder expectations. - Partner with executive leadership to optimize organizational structure, governance, and resource allocation. - Identify inefficiencies across departments and implement streamlined processes, tools, and technologies. - Oversee change management programs to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives across the business. - Design and manage transformation KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability at all levels. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between business units on transformation priorities. - Lead the integration of digital solutions and automation to improve service delivery and decision-making. -Support strategy execution by aligning performance management frameworks and incentives.
Job Description
