Job Description
- Manage the on-site execution of all phases of building construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and address delays or issues.
- Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify any deviations.
- Manage site documentation including daily reports, material logs, inspection reports, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee resource planning and workforce management to maintain productivity on-site.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
- Assist in budget management, cost control, and material usage optimization.
- Report progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Project Manager or senior management.
- Certification : architecture with diverse experience as Client, Consultant or Contractor with Hotel experience.
- Design and Technical Knowledge in Hotels (authorities and hospitality requirements with MEP knowledge )
- Stakeholders’ management (operators, consultants, internal ,….)
- Contractual and commercial knowledge

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.7–10 years of experience in managing high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations (Qatar-specific preferred).Should have a valid QIDShould be able to join immediatelyRequirements
