Job Description

  • Manage the on-site execution of all phases of building construction.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Monitor work progress against the project schedule and address delays or issues.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify any deviations.
  • Manage site documentation including daily reports, material logs, inspection reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee resource planning and workforce management to maintain productivity on-site.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Assist in budget management, cost control, and material usage optimization.
  • Report progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Project Manager or senior management.
  • Certification :   architecture   with diverse experience   as Client, Consultant or Contractor with Hotel experience.
  • Design and Technical Knowledge in Hotels (authorities and hospitality requirements with MEP knowledge )
  • Stakeholders’ management (operators, consultants, internal ,….)
  • Contractual and commercial knowledge
  • Planning and delivery
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in managing high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations (Qatar-specific preferred).
  • Should have a valid QID
  • Should be able to join immediately
