Summary

As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Consultant at HMC, you will play a central role in guiding patients through their recovery after cardiovascular events or procedures. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver expert medical supervision, design and implement personalized exercise therapy, and oversee risk factor management for your patients. Your responsibilities will include educating patients and families on heart-healthy lifestyle changes, coordinating psychological support, and ensuring each individual receives a tailored rehabilitation plan for safe recovery and long-term cardiac prevention.

You will also collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, physiologists, dieticians, and psychologists to create comprehensive care plans, regularly review patient progress, and contribute to quality improvement and academic growth within the program.
