We are seeking a smart candidate with 5+ years of experience in data analytics and a deep understanding of banking card operations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge to drive strategic initiatives, optimize card services, and enhance customer experience. Role and Responsibilities

Understand client's business problems and develop data-driven solutions using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to drive business growth. Perform exploratory data analysis and design visualization solutions to derive actionable insights. Perform customer segmentation & profiling, hypothesis testing, portfolio analysis, campaign analysis and forecast. Handle project and stakeholder management and collaborate with cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For

Prior experience in Consumer banking (Cards) is preferred. Expertise in SQL / SAS / Python & statistical techniques. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau / Power BI (Good-to-have). Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
