Overview

Branch Manager – Coffee Shop - Qatar

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join a busy coffee shop in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as required.
Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll within budget guidelines.
Coordinate with management on promotional activities and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

2–3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a supervisory role within the F&B / coffee shop industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Package Offered

6,500 QAR All-Inclusive Package (Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Food Allowance)
