HR Officer Job Location Qatar Key Responsibilities Assist in daytoday HR operations including administrative support employee relations and recruitment Support in compensation and benefits administration ensuring compliance with company policies Assist in recruitment activities including job postings resume screening interviewing and onboarding new employees Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system Handle employee queries related to HR policies compensation and benefits Support in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment Assist with HRrelated reports audits and compliance requirements Key Requirements Diploma Degree in HR Management or Business Management Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource environment preferably with experience in administrative support employee relations compensation and benefits and recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
