Position Summary The Technicians Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the technical support team ensuring highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction This role involves managing technical staff coordinating maintenance activities and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and mentor technical staff including Apple Repair Technicians fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment Training and Development Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain uptodate knowledge of Apple products services and repair processes ensuring adherence to Apples quality standards Process Improvement Implement and monitor technical procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality Quality Assurance Ensure all technical risks associated with products are identified and mitigated to enable a quality ramp aligning with Apples commitment to excellence Customer Support Assist in resolving escalated technical issues ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Reporting Provide written reports on technical operations and performance metrics as required
