Production Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Qatar factory. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in managing production teams ensuring product quality and maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise in coatings and the ability to drive efficiency while meeting production targets. If youre passionate about delivering excellence and leading highperformance teams wed love to hear from you.

What were looking for :

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Production / Manufacturing Engineering Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.).
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) EMS Health & Safety.
• Ability to read and interpret batch cards SOPs and technical documents.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination.
• Turning production goals into polished results !!
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills and strong analytical skills.
• Strong commercial focus and ability to define develop and execute new business opportunities.
• Strong collaborator.
