Refrigeration Supervisor or Engineer

Proficiency in SCADA technology. 12 years of working experience in the GCC region. Background in snow parks or OEM companies specializing in refrigeration machines. Ability to independently lead and manage teams. Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Compliance-focused and able to adhere to regulations. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret and comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, and technical documentation.
- Oversee and maintain refrigeration systems, including ammonia screw compressors, evaporative condensers, glycol centrifugal pumps, compressed air systems, and snow-making systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Independently manage assigned tasks, lead teams to successful project outcomes, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize SCADA technology effectively for system monitoring and management.
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and team members.
