Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cloud Support Engineer based in Doha, Qatar. The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting cloud-based issues, managing system administration tasks, and ensuring network security. The role also involves ensuring optimal performance and reliability of network systems and collaborating with teams to maintain system integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience in System Administration
• Proficiency in Networking and Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
